I guess you didnt read my post.
The issue i get rather consistently is:
"attempting to connect" on the front screen
Where it usually says connected.
When this happens (once a week at the minimum)
You have to take the battery and the power cord out, then reset it and wait for it to load up.
You can imagine in a cafe when customers are expecting quick service this can be rather painful for both customer and server.
Added to this:
I do like there service, we have been through about 3 of their terminals over the last 4 years
They have the best rates on the market (make sure to get a referrer and you get better rates)
