Class actions, imo, are a waste of time and effort for shareholders. They're unlikely to result in much financial gain for anyone except the legal fraternity. Another way of looking at the past week or two is as a gift for LTH's of the stock, those who know how to value it and those who took the opportunity to buy at bargain prices whilst weak hands and the lily-livered were shaken out. Stocks frequently benefit from such shakeouts, imo, and go on to greater highs in future.... we shall see.
