Whatever they're doing is not enough. It is having a disastrous impact on small businesses losing, EFTPOS for a week . Since COVID our cash / Card ratio has changed from 50/50 to 25/75. They have no business continuity plans for their merchants. It's a really terrible situation and they could lose merchants.
