I put a post on last week saying my terminal was working. Mia Culpa - My Tyro went off at 5pm Friday night. Long wait for tech support was worth it as my goto computer issues fix is Reboot everything. Had I do that I would have joined thousands of other TYRO clients with a BRICK and no way of taking payments or medicare refunds today.
Tyro Tech support is 1300 966 639 Very helpful, Very Very harrassed poor tech support staff at the moment. I did not buy the share offer. No thoughts on the over all outcome for TYRO. I assume they will fix the problems they and there customers are having. Hopefully quickly. H
The good news is TYR tech support is very helpful and my terminal is working just a bit slowly on 3g. Hope the other side is fixed quickly. Suspect a lot of work occurring to make that happen.
