The way they handling returns were not proper, had came up a number of options but nothing seems work efficiently, they should had the multiple solutions at the beginning for the client to conduct. Really disappointed with their crisis management. Hope they learnt something from this lesson and have a more sophisticated and mature backup solutions for any similar issues in future.
