I would implore all holders and posters here to go out this week and speak to their local merchants and find out of they use tyro. ask them what their experience is and has been.
i have spoken to the local upmarket restaurant who said their terminal was replaced promptly so no issues and my local cafe who said they are unaffected and the product is better than competitors. they did however say they also use square as it is easy to setup but not necessarily easy to integrate.
i have only just bought in but take confidence in this sentiment. I would love to hear everyone elses feed back from their own on the ground research...
