I just spoke to TYRO via FB and their reply was prompt but no indication as to when they will collect the terminal. Just wait till we are contacted. my local vet however has one terminal and he simply drove the terminal into their head office one morning and it was fixed/replaced (not sure which) while he waited. Short term blip in my opinion.
