I disagree. Taking so long to fix a problem, with out really describing the problem, and not having a contingency plan will cost them customers. Its a competitive market and it's very easy and quick to change EFTPOS providers. We have already switched over to SQUARE on Wednesday as a essential mitigation . We may not go back if our customers don't object
