Ronstieb, i needed to read it a couple of times.
My understanding is :

- a US$1mil termination fee (not based on sale proceeds i.e Air Products receives this even if MEO retain 100% of TSMP)
- a US$6mil contingency payment from sale of interest in TSMP. ("Air Products will receive the first US$1 million from any sale proceeds, while additional proceeds will then be shared by the two companies on a 50/50 basis until Air Products achieves the total contingent payment of US$6 million.")

So all up potentially US$7mil for Air Products

That's how i read it anyway!
