    Perhaps towards the end of June next year, after a final Leo in-specie distribution is made, the remaining FFX shell and its accumulated tax losses (and potentially its 80% on-paper title to a West African gold mine) can be offered by the new board to MRC for just a little more than a “nominal” amount :/s
