Look , I'd be ok with something like that. I'm very sure most shareholders want the LLL escrow shares and would be reasonably ok to walk away from FFX forever, after that. Throw in a special dividend of say 1.5 to 2 cents per share and that would suit me - while i would have the option to buy sell or hold my FFX shares - depending on the new assets/s they might acquire...
