To start, anyone who thinks the thought of Scott resigning / terminated / leave by mutual agreement had not crossed our minds you would be wrong.

We have always made it clear our preferred approach was to have some semblance of continuity. Scott provided that.

The company is a shell and does not require 4 BOD including an MD.

They have actually gone with this far earlier than anticipated. The EGM could have been called, funds spent on media, website, mailouts etc and then things thrown into disarray. So thank you for doing this so early.

This was never going to be an easy process, we will re group. The paperwork is an arduous process and to those pulling it together - thank you.

We also thank the current BOD for more ammunition.

Scotts package which the board bestowed upon him was extremely generous.
