Need a stake that is enough to be 1 vote over 25% of the votes cast.

FFX has a pathetic record for voting turnout. 47% turnout SOI for the demerger would not even be valid if a scheme of arrangement, being under 50%

On the 50% for an SOA to be valid, that’s 50% of the holders. This will not be achieved given the sheer number FFX has.

However the judge at the first court hearing can waive this.

If it’s under 50% of SOI voting it will fail terribly.

800m turnout 200m+ would kill it.
