At least it got them to update a Company document, not a bad effort considering the salaries that 4 directors, a general manager of finance and a secretary!
Did they all print and then carry one page each of the document, and rendezous at the stapler.

What I do note is the subtle / not so subtle changes between the 2022 Corporate Governance Statement and the current one!
