Dusk has been listed for 14m and in that time has returned 25%. It pulled out of a deal that based on the current DSK share price was now 7.3% higher than the initial offer price. In regards to the limited company response we can guess an NDA is preventing them to elaborate. As its in the retail land this whole sector is on watch regarding interest rates and consumer spending actions moving forward. Time needs to be given to establish trading patterns. For those holding long term a dividend of ~18-20c a year (7.8%) will be a nice reward whilst the share finds its market price. DYOR
