    MTC wouldn't be a listed entity anymore as the buyer will own the lot, therefore it becomes a subsidiary of them. Happens all the time and cleaner than having royalties going forward. I'd rather receive all the cash and pay my own tax.

    As it stands now, MTC will be delisted from the ASX as they will no longer hold any other project if Sturec is sold.I don't want to be holding shares in an unlisted entity which is holding part of my cash, including a long term royalty. There is no reason for MTC to exist if Sturec is sold, other than paying directors.
