MEU bid doesnt need aproval from shareholder Managment can decide whether they will take the offer or not. The only reason shareholder needed this aproval was because one of the director resigned TYX and joined SYS. ASX sees this as beneficial for the ex director.
TYX just made sale to one of their tenetment Eureka without shareholder aproval.
it will b really interesting to see TYX SP and volume from tomorriw onwards
