The secrecy around the Broo / China deal has now an added twist.
Was there any beer actually produced?
Was there any beer actually distributed?
Where is the sales data that's been with held for the last 3 years.

Can i ask why it takes 3 years and its now being terminated?
Would this not be monitored on a month to month basis?
I mean if a company is not doing what they were contacted to doing then why wait.........ohh to extort as much from unknowing investors.
What does this now mean for Broo?
I mean its not like the company will ever turn a profit locally, they needed to do a CR just to make beer to sell.
i wonder what Broo's end game here is?
I mean they don't even have cash to make beer...let alone find money for a legal battle.

Not only do the ASX need to be involved but ASIC also need to be made aware of Broo and their trading exploits over the past 3 years.
Many, many investors are not going to see a return on their investments.

One wonders what will Kent's next move be?
