i think getting the share price up and using the options to fund preconstruction expenses or FID makes sense based on the below:
The market cap seems achievable based on a larger DSO operation plus potential for further value add.
Given that management have now stated the focus on DSO and YP projects and that DSO should come online later this year you would think management should achieve this and it would be in the interest of Hebang and others to do so.
