pretty much outlines that in the short term its all about the DSO and stage 3 project. obviously you wouldn't expect the company to be put funds towards the larger DSO if they didn't hink the had the customers and economics to make it work.
longer term YP plant and LFP looks on the cards. i think for the $$$ aleees was asking for there was still too much risk on the table.
This plan will establish a trading business to leverage off.
