i think this could also feed into why avenira cancelled their license with Aleees. It appears as though large car companies like Tesla are going to develop and patent their own cathode processing tech.
the plant specs are similar to what was envisioned by Aleees, so hypothetically a car company could come to avenira and say can you produce this cathode for us using our tech.
would make battery companies more resilient in their production chain
