I have factored in 42% dilution. That was in addition to the FULLY DILUTED 1.8bn shares. If you want to factor in even more - say 50-60% dilution and a lower 78% ferro-Manganese spot price then the current $1800/US/t, the figures with just two smelters are still impressive.
