Who bought right before close? what date are you referring to?
Is your reasoning as to why they haven't secured funds could be due to nationwide pulling out or delayed?
Sometimes the simplest reason is the simplest and there doesn't need to be conspiracy theories but if you havent noticed the spec end of the market has been struggling last few months, it doesnt mean anything more or less.
The company will and has to announce what they know when they are known to the market. so rather than panicking yourself as to why the price has fallen just try and distract yourself from the day to day trading of a company that will will ultimately take a lot more time to mature.
Imagine if nationwide go live and the product is amazing what do you think will happen next? I would rather they get it right then just deploy to keep you and other shareholders happy
