So that would mean this company is going to fall over because they do nothing at all? Think about what you are saying and implying and how that final outcome would pan out

so what would be the point of doing that by the directors?

The company wants to succeed but it will take a lot longer than a few days once we accept that then in a few months time when Sp is higher and the business is more mature we wont be regretting giving our shares away to others to profit from.

So IMHO why did they buy right before close and not today knowing theyd be cheaper definitely something to think about next big announcement will be nation wide delayed or more importantly pulled out time will tell
