You are wrong. The dilution was 96,666,667 shares at a deemed issue price of $0.03 (see the 3B of 23 Nov 2018), plus whatever further shares are issued when the balance of the note ($1.48mil) is converted. IMO look for a conversion in the short term, given how low the SP is......unless Bergen thinks it is going lower.
