Food for thought, The cancelation of bergen is probably a signal to me to hold out with another by in. Now the amount of cash they have available to convert compared to the maximum amount of allowable shares has changed that previous number of 2.8cents has been massively lowered for them to get their max return for investment. They could work to drive it down quite alot further before they convert (I know already there are "conditions", that no one is privie too so dont tell me they cant because you dont know either).
Just a waiting game to see if they do and if they try before a possible SKI buy in.
