Why would any realistic investor not address the elephant in the room.
It would be foolish not to ask why directors chose not to participate in the last Capital Raise.
If Ted can find US$1,000,000 to purchase a Bugatti why couldn't he stump up $5.5K for a lazy million shares in the co.
And failing to ask the pertinent questions is how a fool and his money will soon be parted.
Faith is not how you conduct due diligence.
