The reality of the situation is that they simply don't have proper skin in the game like we have! Like I posted earlier in this thread, the below extract from the annual report says it all! Remember, MAN currently has around 534m shares on issue! So management holds less than 1% of MAN shares (0.00852 to be exact)!
