Also...probably worth people understanding who/what edify do.
Point #1 - they are a recent startup. They aren’t some amazing company with years of experience (maybe started 2020 from memory)
#2 - their product is basically just an internet interface device that includes some AI. capabilities and LAN networking tools. It’s not high tech stuff, plenty of people are doing this.
#3 - much of Edgifys stuff could be purchased ‘off the shelf’ and customised to SBW needs with minimal effort.
My take on SBW - they know their stuff inside out and expect everyone else to know it too. They aren’t very good at ‘drumming things down’ for us commoners so we get a short release like this and it seems like the end of the world....nah.....it actually says we don’t want or need these people because they are trying to rip us off, we’ll dump them and develop our own IP.
Not price sensitive because of one simple reason....it’s not that big a deal. They are merely informing the market that a previously announced MOU no longer exists.
@verce .....if you liquidate today and price goes down I’ll be the one buying them from you.....so just bought I’d say thanks now! Hahahaha
