You seem to be on top of this. So could this be an Israeli thing whereby SBW source their chips from WBT? Not that big a country, so you would have to suspect they have the occasional beer together.
I'm sitting on my shares, as I think the SBW team are capable of making the hard decisions necessary for a long game. If Edgify were playing silly buggers then sticking with them could only harm Shekel's bottom line and reputation in the long run.
