This is the bit I find interesting.....sounds like Edgify attempted to use the SBW tech in their own system or claim it as their own.

The Company contends that Edgify has breached the agreement, among others, it's non-compete obligations thereunder, and therefore is
currently considering its legal options.

I'd say holders shouldn't be worried SBW is in trouble without Edgify.......I'd say Edgify are in trouble without SBW!!!
