Looks like Damien(4.5%) and Justin (5.1%) both sold their holdings to River capital. Damien was still the CEO. Didn't get board approval. No performance shares for him now!! Today is a great day.
The $500k and $200k salaries have stopped and the 4c should show the company making profits, and then the $6.5m from the biohub can be used for a buy-back or a special dividend or expansion. Just my opinion.
