I think it would be a struggle to make key hires with the lease of the Star Vegas up in the air. Perhaps when that is resolved a meaningful hire could be made. It's a great opportunity for a turn around, but I don't think really talented managers make a habit of signing onto potentially terminal situations (terminal in the sense the company may just be broken up). They would probably want a clear runway to re-develop the business with as little as possible outside factors able to affect that progress. I would actually be tipping Ben stepping up to a temporary CEO position to assist the new appointments get up to speed. There needs to be some kind of transition for new hires to get across the business. Really all depends on OCP now, they basically will control the company now, let's hope far more rationally than what the Lim brothers seem to have done.
