The company owns a 'large land bank alongside the river' in where the old casino was Lai Cao. There is development value there that could be sold outright for cash or developed in house. You might be right that OCP is in for just the value in the Vietnam operations. The Aristo is probably worth in the region of US50m (US10m EBITDA). Joey in an interview (maybe bs) said there was US50m to 100m developement value on the extra land - hotel, shops and restuarants. This land may be worth many millions on it's own. Net debt is likely only around A15m to 20m now.
