    Agree Aristo probably $50-60m. However I do worry short term what may happen if the ex-Genting people, which the property was supposedly full of, disappear now that there's no Lim connection. On the vacant land, it's worth very little. I remember back when Aristo opened being told by someone internally that it would sell for no more than $1m if they wanted to sell. Also if we've learnt anything over the years I think it's to trust nothing that came out of Joey's mouth. I've been to Lao Cai the vacant land story is massively overblown. Yes it's near the river but it's no Yarra. The land plot isn't that big, it was a small 35-40 room hotel. Don't forget Aristo cost $55-60m to build, it's on a much bigger footprint with significantly more non gaming space. At best $1-2m land value.
