I think the assets should be sold off, debt repaid and what remains returned to shareholders. No one at the executive level or on the board has legitimate casino experience. OCP are not operators, and I doubt want to be. As we've seen with Joey 'gaming in you DNA' (pardon the pun) is not legitimate experience so anyone that says Ben Lim has any is kidding themselves. Thai vendor may very well be the avenue of sale for the Cambodian assets.
