    No surprise there. Should have been announced long time ago. Also the directors might get sued by shareholders. They have not fulfilled their fiduciary duty by allowing the largest shareholder collateralizing the shares and effectively shedding the stake before troubles hit and causing potential complication in financing arrangement.
