Aristo has great sentimental value to the Lim family, 3 generation of Lim work together on the project. sure, Aristo is very small in the scheme of things. But to the Lim family. it hold great sentimental value, they view it as being a mini Genting. Even the design of the building sit on a hilltop, just like the Genting resort.

The Lim family is not going to let Aristo go. Star Vegas will be sold off, but Joey won't let Aristo get sold. He'll try and get it back.

Aristo was a family project involving His grand father, father and himself. Joey won't let it go. Probably the reasons why Joey submit the take over notice, to stop OCP selling Aristo.

i was travelling in Lao Cai a couple years back, and saw Aristo being built. it was grand. They put a lot of money into it.

it is likely SV will be sold, then Joey buy back into Donaco controlling Aristo once again.
