Its hard to say. If there is no sentimental or financial value to LKT, why would he try to get back Aristo through legal proceedings?

There must be some value for him to worth all the hassles.

All these legal feuds (Thai, Lim Bros, OCP, LKT) only prove one point that I think is very likely to be true.

That is these assets are worth a lot of value. Simple.
