It is about face and also it makes perfect strategic and financial sense. Putting aside sentimental value, it is dirt cheap to get in now with booming Vietnam and Chinese market. Vietnam government seems to be more sensible and discerning than Cambodian one without printing casino licence. Overtime, Vietnam casino might be more valuable than Cambodia one.

55 mil USD is really nothing for Genting. For your info, they just paid 130 mil USD for a cruise auctioned off by Malaysian government.

if you want a casino license in Vietnam now, you will need to invest minimum of 2 billion dollars.

also, for every 50 room. are allow only 1 gaming table..

Aristo is lucky to have a license with 50 gaming table.
