agree, given Kar already has a good pathway to grow existing production and resources, this deal only makes sense if it's affordable and that could be hard in current environment. Dont like idea of them leveraging up too much too fund or making a cap raise that dilutes the benefit of their existing good resources. In short walking away is a fine result.
