Why would it have to cost a single cent ?

Notice was given in April to terminate the contract.
The contract was for less than $350k p/a

So, why do you figure this ' I dont think it will cost us more than $500k.' ???

I have the ability to divide $350k by 12 - that will produce the result of the value of the monthly responsibility that cgb had to honour this contract.
Yup, less than $30k per month.
Yet you want to go for a loss of half-a-million bucks ?
Really ?

Go on then, explain your rationale behind this - pay your licensed contractor $30k during the month of them terminating the contract OR
1. Employ the services of an external law firm to fight the $30k charge
2. Just don't pay the contracted agreement
3. Suspend the ability to trade the shares in the company.

Look, get a parking fine....pay it...!

What's behind this ?

Why apply to move the proceedings from one State to the other ? QLD to NSW ?
What's next ? NSW to VIC, VIC to SA, SA to NT, NT to WA, WA to TA ?

Just pay the contract out ok...
