08/07/2022 Exactly a year since the court case was initially filed Medcan v Cann Global Nothing in the publically-available court files to indicate it was settled or any kind of agreement reached.
No update from either party, especially CGB.
FY has just ended obviously but the Annual Report probably won't be out for another coupla months. Somehow they got away with not filing the March quarterly, as well as the Dec 6-mth report, however they were suspended some time ago for failure to provide a June quarterly.
So regardless of whether the current suspension is lifted in the next 3 weeks - when 1st Aug comes around (and the June qtrly isn't potentially supplied in the meantime) then an automatic suspension will hit anyway.
Still more games to be played....
