Blina Minerals NL (ASX:BDI, Blina or the Company) refers to the Heads of Agreement dated 30 October 2017 and announced on the same date, for the acquisition by the Company of 100% of the issued shares in La Cobaltera Pty Ltd (LCPL) (Heads of Agreement). Blina is not satisfied that the conditions precedent to the Acquisition have been satisfied and accordingly, Blina has today issued a notice of termination of the Heads of Agreement to LCPL and the vendors of LCPL shares.
