KBC has dropped their 249d and sold their holding in VEN
At MEL we have re-financed out of the KBC debt facility.
Been a tough few months for the JV with the various attacks on MEL and VEN by KBC. Now that it is over hopefully everyone can get back to moving Vali and Odin forward.
Not for a second saying MEL doesn't have challenges moving forward however KBC was a distraction none of us needed.
