All I'll say is that I'm glad you're not managing the company if you feel that a $5m cap raise is the way to go at this point. Got to remember that they only need $1.3m of total liquidity to drill O2. Connection only matters in a success case. O3 is not yet agreed. They already have $3m debt - in a failure case the difference between $3m and $4m is a case of semantics. The only way forward at that point imho would be to merge with VEN, consolidate and raise.
