re: Ann: Termination of Merger Implementation... I was going to vote against it with my 2 mill shares. It appeared to make little sense after the price of coal fell towards NEMI's cost of production. We're now sitting on two projects with good JV partners and enough cash to see us through. I for one am much relieved.
