re: Ann: Termination of Metabolic vend-in pro... I would like to express my appreciation to the Calzada Directors for their sound decision to terminate the plan to vend Metabolic Pharmaceuticals to ATOS Wellness.
The deal was a bad one from its moment of inception, and ultimately, in point of fact could not survive due diligence.
All Calzada shareholders support the idea of restoring shareholder value - whether from the residual assets of Metabolic Pharmaceuticals of from PolyNovo. At the same time I think most shareholders are quite impatient at the pace, and wonder if new management at the top might not do better.
