Still a very strange situation. I'm not a holder but can see why some would want the board to be taken to task over this.
How do you give an unqualified recommendation that shareholders accept an offer without, apparently, seeking the input of your major shareholders first?
Even more insane given many major shareholders have been on the register for a few years, how hard's a phone call?
No idea on price action from here, unfortunately could be a case of once bitten twice shy for the board (though not undeservedly).
