Sensible action by the BOD. Will be minimal termination fees to Allegro at this point. Good to see that they weren't pig headed about the deal unlike some other Boards have been. Especially good to see the SH base have faith in keeping the company.
The episode could be a nett positive for Capral shareholders by creating interest in the company and certainly has created a liquidity event for SH which is ironically the reason for the BOD entertaining the proposal.
I am happy to keep CAA in my portfolio for the medium to long term and hopefully keep earning FF div income.
